Eligibility for Refunds

Include your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including proof or evidence supporting your claim (e.g., photos or videos of the product in its original condition).
  • Refund requests without prior authorization will not be processed.

2. Return Authorization Required:

  • Upon receiving your email, our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Returns sent without an RAN will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Hygiene and Safety Clause:

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

4. Return Shipping Requirements:

  • You must use a trackable shipping carrier, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Inspection Upon Receipt:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the above criteria. If the product is found to be used, opened, damaged, or incomplete, the refund request will be denied.

Damaged Delivery Items

We strive to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged during delivery:

1. Contact Us:

  • Email our support team at support@myopenair.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear evidence of the damage (e.g., photos or videos of the packaging and product).

2. Review Process:

After a thorough review of your evidence, if deemed eligible, we will:

  • Provide a replacement item at no extra cost.
  • Cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

3. Exclusions:

Refunds will not be provided for damaged delivery items. Only replacements will be offered if the claim is approved.

Free Resize Option

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential for your comfort. That’s why we offer a one-time Free Resize:

  • Each pack includes our 4 most common sizes, but if you feel that the smallest/narrowest size (S1) or largest/widest size (L2) would work better for you, we can provide a free replacement size.
  • You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost, simple!

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
  • The request is made after the 30-day period.
  • The return is sent without an authorized RAN or tracking information.
  • The item is not returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Damage occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer.

Refund Processing

If your return meets all the criteria:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs, including those for returns, are non-refundable.
